Warranty Service

Thank you for purchasing our products, AV Link guarantee the end user entitles (3), (6) or (12) months warranty service with our product is free of congenital defects in materials and workmanship, warranty period will be listed in Receipt, Warranty Label or Warranty Card.

Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions under which AV Link will provide warranty and service.

1. For any faulty, we are responsible for repairing the unit (excluding gift box, accessory, scratched unit and gift) within one month commencing from the date of purchase.
2. All defective parts are non returnable after repaired.
3. Free of charge from repairing faulty but not included parts replacement fee, within one year commencing from the date of purchase. Parts replacement will be quoted depending on which parts is defective and must consented by you before the repairment.
4. Free warranty service does not cover outer case, screen display, mechanism, loader, speaker, charger, hand-held microphone, adaptor, remote control, accessories and gifts associated with the product.
5. Free warranty is invalid in the following cases:
   a. If the product has been damaged through misuse, negligence, accident and natural calamities.
   b. If the product has been misused by abnormal voltage input and power interruption.
   c. If the product has been dowsed into water.
   d. If the product has been explicitly or implicitly modified, disassembled, tampered with or altered, or repaired in any way
      by persons other than technicians of our company, in which our label is torn.
6. Please send all fault unit directly to our technical department.
7. Please present the warranty card together with the official purchase receipt to our technician for verification when service is rendered. Free warranty service will not be provide if either of them is not presented and photocopy is unacceptable.
8. This product is home electronic consumer goods; it cannot be used continuously for long hours.
   For industrial and commercial use, warranty is only eligible to half year including labour. (Parts replacements are chargeable).
9. Our company shall not be responsible for any data lost during the repaired process.
10. The warranty service is restriced to Hong Kong and Macau Only.
